Google has a new service Google Wave (Beta). Google Wave is an online tool for real-time communication and collaboration. A wave can be both a conversation
and a document where people can discuss and work together using richly formatted text, photos, videos, maps, and more.
Google Wave promises to be a good service for people who work from distance on the same projects. I will use it for writing content on my blogs in collaboration with my partner.
A wave is equal parts conversation and document. People can communicate and work together with richly formatted text, photos, videos, maps, and more. Any participant can reply anywhere in the message, edit the content and add participants at any point in the process.
Google Wave main features:
- lets all people on a wave edit rich media at the same time
- uses contextual suggestions and spelling correction
- offers embedded waves in other sites or add live social gadgets

Like most of Google services Wave is free and open source. You can downloaded from here.
