Employee monitoring has become important and even necessary in many cases due to growing lack of interest of the employees in office works. 88% of the employees have failed in developing passion and interest in what they are assigned in offices. Moreover, when it comes to the employees working on senior managerial position, 80% of them think they don’t have enthusiasm and their duties don’t inspire them. Why is all this happening and what are the reasons for which employees don’t have interest in office works?
