Online Security Solutions

There is a plethora of programs that are available that can do the task of protecting a computer system and detect viruses, but not all of them have the same performance. Performance can make the difference between a working computer and a computer that is still infected.

Security Software

Bitdefender Antivirus Plus, Kaspersky Anti-Virus, Norton AntiVirus, F-Secure Anti-Virus, G Data AntiVirus, and BullGuard Antivirus are six of the most effective protection programs that are on the market today. Each has its advantages and disadvantages when it comes to guarding the computer from threats. A protection program should focus on these points: Performance, Features, and Help and Support.

Software Performance

When looking at performance, Bitdefender Antivirus Plus is the best choice. Through AV-Test, this program performs the best giving a system an adequate amount of protection against many types of hacker intrusions. The program is VB100 certified, showing that it can protect against many new types of malicious attacks while also accurately detecting problems. Kaspersky Anti-Virus, Norton AntiVirus, and F-Secure Anti-Virus hit close to what Bitdefender Antivirus Plus has to offer, but Bitdefender Antivirus remains the top chosen competitor.

Software Features

Each program provides many different features, but these features depend the needs of the computer system. F-Secure Anti-Virus, and G Data AntiVirus leave out such features as Gamer Mode and Auto USB Detect. BullGuard Antivirus includes everything, but still leaves out Registry Startup Protection, while F-Secure Anti-Virus doesn’t include Anti-Phishing.

Help And Support

Help and support is an important aspect of the program when problems do happen and the user needs an answer. Bitdefender Antivirus Plus, Kaspersky Anti-Virus, Norton AntiVirus provide excellent service, while the other six fall moderately with G Data AntiVirus being the lowest.

Which Program Is The Best?

The winner is Bitdefender Antivirus Plus when it comes to protecting a computer system from online intrusions and hackers.
